Bishop Leonard Blair of the Toledo diocese announced a
series of pastoral appointments this week, many resulting from
the parish closings and realignments that are scheduled to take
effect July 1.
The appointments, most of which are effective July 1, are:
The Rev. Martin Donnelly, pastor of Blessed Sacrament
Parish, Toledo.
The Rev. Daniel Frazer, associate pastor of Saint Patrick of
Heatherdowns Parish;
The Rev. John R. Hadnagy, of the Friars Minor Conventual
religious order, will be pastor of Our Lady of Consolation Parish
and rector of the Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of
Consolation, Carey.
The Rev. Kent Kaufman, pastor of Transfi guration of the Lord
Parish, Upper Sandusky.
The Rev. Christopher Kardzis, associate pastor of Saint Michael
the Archangel, Findlay, effective Nov. 3.
The Rev. John Nagele, Society of the Precious Blood religious
order, pastor of Saint Gaspar del Bufalo Parish, Marywood.
The Rev. Zdzislaw Nawrocki, Society of Christ religious order,
associate pastor of Saint Adalbert Parish and Saint Hedwig Parish, Toledo, effective Aug. 26.
The Rev. Joseph J. Przybysz, pastor of Saint Joseph Parish,
Fort Jennings.
The Rev. Ronald A. Schock, pastor of of All Saints Parish,
New Riegel.
The Rev. Joseph P. Szybka, pastor of of Our Lady of Hope
Parish, Attica.
The Rev. Shaji Thomas, associate pastor of Saint Michael the
Archangel Parish, Findlay.
The Rev. David D. Tscherne, pastor of Saint Isidore Parish,
The Bend/Marysdale Area, in addition to his responsibilities
as pastor of Saint Michael the Ridge.
