Toledo native to be ordained in Byzantine Catholic Church

Dr. Nicholas Szilagye, 55, a Toledo native, will be ordained a deacon in the Byzantine Catholic Church tomorrow. The ceremony is set for 4 p.m. in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Parma, Ohio.

A graduate of Woodward High School, the University of Toledo, and Medical College of Ohio, Dr. Szilagye is a physician specializing in internal medicine.

The son of the late Nicholas and Helen Szilagye, Dr. Szilagye lives with his wife, Kathryn, in Kansas City, Mo.
