Seminar on disabilities set at Westgate Chapel

A “Through the Roof” seminar on ways to include families affected by disability will be held Saturday at Westgate Chapel, 2500 Wilford Drive.

The workshop, presented by the Joni and Friends local chapter, will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sessions will focus on topics including setting up a classroom/buddy connection; autism spectrum disorders, managing behaviors in the church setting, and training volunteers for disability ministry.

Cost is $15; registration is available at the door.
