UM prof keynotes dinner marking Islamic Day
10/15/2010Juan Cole, professor of history at the University of Michigan and director of the university's center for South Asian Studies, will be the keynote speaker at the 14th Annual Unity Dinner Sunday at the Stranahan Theater Great Hall, 4645 Heatherdowns Blvd.
The dinner, celebrating 2010 Islamic Day in Ohio, seeks to promote civic engagement and is presented by the United Muslims Association of Toledo and the Islamic Council of Ohio.
