Prejean papers to go to DePaul University

CHICAGO — DePaul University has announced that Sister Helen Prejean, the New Orleans nun known for her work to abolish the death penalty, will donate her personal archives to the university.

Sister Helen, 71, a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph, will give the university library her personal journals, notes from meetings, letters, speeches, and other artifacts spanning a period of 30 years.
