Core values of 4 faiths are topics for program
10/29/2011Representatives of four religious traditions will speak at a Civilization Transformation Forum at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo, 25877 Scheider Rd., Perrysburg.
The program, presented by Light of Light Ministries, will look at the core values of different faiths and how people can work together to transform society into a more people-friendly and eco-friendly civilization.
The scheduled speakers are Sree Sreenath for Hinduism; Rabbi Moshe Saks for Judaism; the Rev. Tony Senf for Christianity, and Imam Farooq Abo-Elzahab for Islam. Cynthia Rantala will serve as moderator.
