Reflection for women scheduled at Gesu

Author and professor Patricia Cooney-Hathaway is to lead a morning reflection for women Feb. 4 at Gesu Parish's Sullivan Center, 2049 Parkside Blvd.

Women of all ages are welcome, but reservations are requested by Feb. 1 because space is limited.

Ms. Cooney-Hathaway, whose latest book is Weaving Faith & Experience, is an associate professor of spirituality and systematic theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. She also is project director for a grant from the Lilly Foundation for the education and formation of ecclesiastical lay ministries.

The reflection is to start at 10 a.m., with Ms. Cooney speaking for about an hour. An optional discussion and brunch are to follow. For information or reservations, call 419-531-1421.
