Toledo Campus Ministry presents annual art gala
10/27/2012Toledo Campus Ministry at the University of Toledo presents “Expressions of the Spirit,” its fourth annual art gala, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Original works by students and local artists will be on display, including paintings, photos, pottery, and jewelry. Student music groups and a harpist will perform. Art will be for sale and attendees can take part in a silent auction.
The gala will be in the atrium of the university’s Memorial Field House, 3000 W. Centennial Dr. Admission is free.
A preview reception with the artists takes place today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Libbey Hall, 2110 Campus Rd. Tickets are $30 and are available at the door.
