For a touch of glee a week in advance of Hanukkah, the Yeshiva Maccabeats will present a concert at the Temple Congregation Shomer Emunim, 6453 Sylvania Ave. in Sylvania.

The all-male a capella group from Yeshiva University in New York City sings Jewish, Israeli, and American songs —including Hanukkah-themed parodies of pop hits — has been featured on national television and has received millions of YouTube hits.

The admission fee is new socks, scarves, gloves, or mittens. Advance registration is requested at registration@jewishtoledo.org or by calling Jill Lane at 419-724-0354. The show is at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 2.
