RETAIL CENTER IN PERRYSBURG

Electrical worker Greg Phillips connects conduit inside the $25 million Perrysburg Market Center on State Rt. 20 at Thompson Road in Perrysburg.

The project will have 144,500 square feet and feature two small strip centers in front of a strip of mid-sized anchors. The center, owned by First Commercial Realty & Development Co. Inc., of Southfield, Mich., is to be finished by next summer but the first large tenant, Best Buy, is to open a 30,000-square-foot store in mid-September.
