Meijer to hire hundreds part time for holidays

Local Meijer stores announced yesterday they anticipate hiring holiday workers, mostly on a part-time, temporary basis.

The company, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., said it would hire hundreds but didn’t say how many at each store.

Applicants are to use joinmeijer.com or can go to the employment kiosks in stores.
