J.D. Power and Associates ranks Huntington Bank No. 1 in small business banking
11/10/2012J.D. Power and Associates said Columbus-based Huntington Bank ranked highest in the nation in its Small Business Banking Satisfaction survey. Huntington was second last year.
Eight factors are used to gauge customer satisfaction, including product offerings, problem resolution, credit services, and fees. J.D. Power said it found simple gestures such as greeting customers by name make a big difference.
