La-Z-Boy to acquire 3 Las Vegas Galleries
9/11/2013MONROE — La-Z-Boy Inc. announced Wednesday that it plans to acquire three La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores in the Las Vegas area.
The owner of the three stores plans to retire. With the addition of the three stores, there will be 96 company-owned stores in La-Z-Boy’s retail operation.
La-Z-Boy stock fell 3 cents per share Wednesday to close at $22.88.
