The Whitmer Jr. Panthers football teams are holding OPEN TRYOUTS for Washington Local students. Tryouts for the 10-year olds will be July 30 and 31 at noon and the 11-12 year olds at 3 p.m. on those dates. The 13 and 14-year olds will hold their tryouts on August 6 and 7 at 3 p.m.. All tryouts will be held at the Whitmer H.S. baseball field. Information: Tom Broyles, 419-340-0675.

The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation is offering a TENNIS CAMP August 1-5 for youths 8 to 15 years of age. The camp will be held on tennis courts at Bowling Green High School.
