YOUTH BASKETBALL:The 13th annual Hoopsters Basketball League is accepting teams for the winter leagues at Siena Heights University. Competition will be for fifth-sixth grade, and seventh-eighth grade for both boys and girls. The deadline for fifth-sixth grade sign-up is Dec. 17 and play begins Jan. 5 and runs through Feb. 10. The sign-up deadline for seventh-eighth grade is Jan. 20 and play begins Feb. 17 and ends March 23. The cost per team is $400 or $750 for teams that choose to play two games per date.
