CITY RECREATION LEAGUES: December 19 is the deadline to register adult men s, women s, and 50-and-over basketball teams as well as adult coed and women s volleyball teams at the Toledo recreation division office, 2201 Ottawa Parkway. Information: 419-936-2877.

ARCADIA WRESTLING INVITATIONAL: The Arcadia Wrestling Invitational will be held at Arcadia High School on Saturday, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Teams competing are: Arcadia, Bellefontaine, Buckeye Central, Cory-Rawson, Kettering Alter, Montpelier, North Baltimore, Patrick Henry, Plymouth, Riverdale, Rogers, Toledo Christian, and Van Buren. The format will be a 10-team pool (two individual 5-man brackets) tournament, using 3 mats, with extras allowed to fill pools. The finals will begin 30 minutes after the final match of the 5th round.
