The soldier through history, including Roman soldiers, Viking warriors, Revolutionary War and Civil War soldiers, Woodland Indians, cowboys, and troops from both World Wars and modern wars. Camps and weapons demonstrations by each group, historic fashion show. Viking encampment, raiding boat, Viking Village and crafts. Period merchants and musicians, living historians and artisans. t "The Summer Skies Over Toledo," Fridays from June 15 to 29 at 8:30 p.m., Ritter Planetarium and Brooks Observatory, University of Toledo, Bancroft Street campus. Live, interactive program on the stars, constellations and planets that are visible from backyards in the Toledo area. "Our Planet," program for children ages 6-12, held 1 p.m. Saturdays through June 30. The Earth's interaction with the sun and moon and how it affects daily life on the planet.
