In the Bowling Green Postcard Series Competition, artists were invited to submit entries with subject matter or imagery evocative of Wood County.

The winning entries and their artists are 'Main Street' by Lois Anne Bowlus, 'Conneaut Sledding Hill' by Vicki Lee, 'Origins' by Bob Midden, 'The Corner Grill' by Michelle Simons, 'Faces on the Courthouse' by Carolyn Gorny Venda, and 'Wood County Collage' by Frank Venda.

Bowling Green Mayor John Quinn and Wynn Perry, gallery manager and curator at Owens Community College, were the jurors.

The winning entries will remain on display through July 31 at the Arts in Common Gallery in Bowling Green, 437 S. Main St., the former South Main Elementary School. Postcards featuring the works are for sale there.
