2/10/2010

South Toledo residents and business owners are invited to attend the Highland Heights Neighborhood Association's meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Toledo Heights Branch Library, 423 Shasta Drive.

A Toledo city official is scheduled to provide an update on what is called the Highland Heights neighborhood's "Dirty Dozen" problem property list.

In addition, City Councilman D. Michael Collins is to talk with area residents about their concerns related to the Highland Park Pool, street paving, and police presence, according to association member Carol Scheiber.

The association was founded in 2002 by area residents to promote the well-being of their South Toledo neighborhood.

The group, according to its Web site, meets at 6:30 p.m. every third Tuesday of the month at Toledo Heights Branch Library.
