O'Deer Diner withdraws application for liquor permit

O’Deer Diner at 416 E. Louisiana Ave. has withdrawn its application for a liquor permit, according to owner Rick Ruffner.

City council agreed the application could go forward without a hearing. However, Mr. Ruffner said he decided to pass on the permit’s availability.

The diner sells hot dogs, sandwiches, and ice cream.
