Bates Road to close for highway bridge repairs

A Perrysburg Township road will be closed at its bridge over I-75 for about two months, starting Monday, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.

The Bates Road bridge is to be repaired during the closing, work that also will require brief lane closings on the freeway.

Trustees to reschedule2 upcoming meetings

Perrysburg Township’s next two board of trustees night meetings have been canceled. Trustees were to meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, but that is the same night as the Wood County Economic Development Commission annual dinner.

The next meeting on April 3 is canceled because two trustees have engagements which will prevent them from attending.
