School health panel retains member

COLUMBUS - David Manning, benefit consultant for the Ohio Med Eastern Regional Education Service Agency, has been reappointed by Gov. Bob Taft to the Public Schools Health Care Advisory Committee.

Members of the committee, which makes recommendations to the School Employees Health Care Board, receive no compensation. Mr. Manning will serve through July 31, 2007.

Mr. Manning, a Sylvania resident, holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's of business administration, and a law degree, all from the University of Toledo.
