Police say 3 dead in southern Ohio home

GEORGETOWN, Ohio Authorities say an Ohio couple and their 11-year-old son have been found dead inside their home in what appears to be a murder-suicide.

Brown County sheriff s investigators say all three had apparent gunshot wounds.

Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger said Monday the case remains under investigation. No other details were released.

Authorities identified the couple as 38-year-old Lenny Planck, 35-year-old Ruby Planck and their son, Austin Planck.

Wenninger said deputies forced their way into the home Sunday evening after family members said they weren t able to make contact with anyone inside.

The home in Georgetown is about 45 miles east of Cincinnati. The bodies were being taken to the Montgomery County morgue in Dayton for autopsies.
