Macomb County, Michigan police: Man kills guest, wounds wife, kills self
9/7/2010SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police in Macomb County say a trailer park resident shot his wife and killed a house guest before fatally shooting himself.
Shelby Township police Chief Robert Leman identifies the dead gunman as 50-year-old Kenneth Moore and the other dead man as 59-year-old Steven Zahn of Troy. Leman says 55-year-old Suzanne Moore was in critical condition Tuesday.
The shooting happened about 10 p.m. Monday. Leman says Zahn had been staying with the Moores while he recovered from an illness.
The chief says the case grew out of some sort of domestic dispute and says investigators hope to talk with the wounded woman to get further details.
Shelby Township is approximately 100 miles from Toledo.
