BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio — A prosecutor says an Ohio man has been indicted on aggravated murder and abuse of corpse charges in the killings of his girlfriend’s adult daughter and an elderly couple.

Logan County Prosecutor Gerald Heaton said a grand jury Tuesday indicted 37-year-old Samuel K. Littleton II on three counts each of aggravated murder and abuse of a corpse. Heaton says prosecutors have agreed to a deal in which Littleton would plead guilty in exchange for a sentence of life in prison without parole.

The Bellefontaine Examiner reports that prosecutors met Monday with the victims’ families, who unanimously favored the deal.

Littleton has been in a West Virginia jail. Heaton says Littleton is expected to waive extradition and enter his plea Thursday.

Littleton’s attorney didn’t immediately return a message for comment.
