Ohio governor to speak to Univ. of Cincinnati grads

CINCINNATI — Ohio Gov. John Kasich will be the commencement speaker for Dec. 14 ceremonies at the University of Cincinnati.

The school says the state’s 69th governor will speak at the Fifth Third Arena in the Shoemaker Center on the Cincinnati campus. The Republican governor is a 1974 Ohio State University graduate.

Cincinnati has some 43,000 students.
