COLUMBUS — Ohio drivers trying to keep their gas tanks full during the deep freeze early this week probably won’t notice much change in the price compared with a week ago.

The cost for a gallon of regular gas in Ohio was averaging $3.26 in today's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and WEX Inc. That’s a couple of pennies more than the average last Monday and about 14 cents less than the price at this time last year.

The national average is about $3.28 per gallon, nearly unchanged from a week ago.

The average nationally has slipped by several cents per gallon over the past two weeks.
