CINCINNATI  — The last of six Ohio teens who police said picked out a man on the street and severely beat him because they were bored is due to be sentenced.

The boy is due in juvenile court in Cincinnati for sentencing today.

He was among the boys police said attacked Pat Mahaney in August 2012 in suburban North College Hill because they were looking for something to do. They were 13 and 14 at the time.

The 46-year-old Mahaney died the next year; a coroner ruled his death wasn’t caused by the beating, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer.

The other five boys have been sentenced to probation or various periods of confinement in juvenile facilities.
