CONNEAUT, Ohio — Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in northeast Ohio picked all six numbers correctly and will claim a $122 million jackpot.

The state lottery office says the winning ticket in Wednesday night’s drawing was sold in Conneaut, about 70 miles northeast of Cleveland on Lake Erie.

The winner picked the numbers themselves — 9-25-42-55-57 and Powerball 14 — and overcame 1-in-175 million odds in matching them to the drawing. The winner now has 180 days to claim the prize.

The retailer that sold the winning ticket, True North, gets a $100,000 bonus.

It’s the third time the winning ticket has been sold in Ohio since the state joined the Powerball game in April 2010.
