When you have a favorite song, you never get tired of listening to it. The same is apparently true for radio stations.

In the Toledo area, the most-listened-to station is WKKO-FM, 99.9. The Cumulus-owned country music station has been at the top of the ratings heap for 46 consecutive Arbitron surveys - that's 11 1/2 years at No. 1 - including the most recent one.

The results of the Spring 2007 Arbitron survey, conducted from April 5 through June 27, were delivered to local stations this week, and brought few surprises.

WKKO outpaced the competition with all listeners age 12 and older, and with listeners in the important demographic for advertisers, 25-54 year-olds. K100 averaged 131,700 listeners during the week, compared to 95,100 listeners for the No. 2 station overall, WRVF-FM, 101.5.

Other items of note:

•K-100 co-hosts Gary Shores and Harvey Steele logged their 22nd consecutive survey leading the pack in morning drive.

•Mary Beth Zolik and Rick Woodell on Clear Channel's WRVF fell in morning drive from second place to fifth place overall.

•The syndicated Bob & Tom morning show on WIOT-FM, 104.7, reclaimed its second-place spot, which the Clear Channel station had lost in January.

•WRWK-FM, 106.5, The Zone, cracked the top 10 barrier overall and with listeners ages 25-54.

•WJUC-FM and WIMX-FM each had strong showings with all listeners, breaking into the top five stations from 7 p.m. to midnight.
