WTVG reporter Jarrell leaving Toledo, TV
6/24/2011WTVG general assignments reporter Jennifer Jarrell is resigning and taking a position outside of the TV business in Columbus, said WTVG news director Brian Trauring.
"It's mainly a personal as well as a professional move," he said. "She's done a wonderful job. She's great with story ideas [and] she's done a lot of interesting enterprise reporting, and we're certainly going to miss having her on the staff."
Jarrell joined WTVG in February, 2007, after leaving WSJV-TV, the Fox affiliate in South Bend and Elkhart, Ind. Her last day at the station is July 1. Trauring said the station will fill the vacated position.
