Local reality TV viewers tuning into Keeping up with the Kardashians this month could see a familiar face.

Josie Langsdorf, a Monclova Township mother of two with terminal cancer, will be featured on a June 23 episode of the popular reality show, according to E! network spokesman Christel Wheeler.

The show will air footage filmed locally in January when one of its stars, Scott Disick, traveled to Ms. Langsdorf’s home to check off an item on her bucket list.

Disick brought a small film crew with him, and a camera taped him chatting with Ms. Langsdorf, her daughters, and hanging out with her many friends and family during a boisterous gathering in her kitchen.

The show's current season premiered Sunday night. Ms. Langsdorf spotted herself in a promotional clip teasing the rest of the season.

“We were very excited,” she said. “I think it will be an emotional episode.”

In the promo, Disick is shown sitting on a couch in Ms. Langsdorf’s house, embracing her with a comforting hug. She’s wearing a Rolex watch he gave her.

“It made me happy to come here, and I’m not a sentimental guy, so don’t (beep) my image up,” he tells her.

The moment sets a softer image for Disick, who found fans as the sometimes bad behaving but quick-with-a-quip partner of Kourtney Kardashian.

His visit occurred after Ms. Langsdorf’s daughter Ashley launched a Twitter campaign to get the reality TV star to meet and have a drink with her mom. The social media plea caught fire and Disick’s attention.
