Anita Lopez's itinerary with notes from former mayor found on I-475.

Story: A copy of Anita Lopez's itinerary with apparent notations by former Mayor Carty Finkbeiner was found on I-475 and turned in to Mayor Mike Bell who sent the paperwork to his former boss with an admonishment to not litter.
