MILWAUKEE - Jasmine McCullough and Carolyn Kieger paced four Warriors in double figures as Marquette's overwhelmed Toledo 67-28 in the Rockets' third-lowest-scoring game ever.

McCullough scored 18 points and pulled down 10 rebounds as Marquette outrebounded Toledo 54-27, while Kieger, a point guard, added 13 points, eight rebounds and four assists.

Efueko Osagie added 11 points for Marquette and Svetlana Kovalenko chipped in with 10.

Monique Lloyd came off the bench to lead the Rockets in scoring, with six points, and rebounding, with five.

Toledo's two returning starters, Karin Hoogendam and Danielle Bishop, had scored 42 points between them in the 1-1 Rockets' season-opening victory over Cincinnati on Friday. Last night, they combined for only two points, although Hoogendam played only 13 minutes before fouling out.

''I put the blame of tonight's loss solely on me'' UT coach Mark Ehlen said. ''I didn't do a good enough job preparing our team.''

It was close early, with the physical, athletic Warriors (3-0) ahead only 9-6 with 16:25 left in the first half. Then Marquette went on a 19-1 run over the next 11 minutes.

The Rockets return to action Saturday at home, with Dayton coming in for a 7 p.m. game.
