UT's Kester is MAC golfer of week

Rockets senior Kim Kester has been named the Mid-American Conference s women s golfer of the week.

Kester led Toledo to a third-place finish in the Rio Verde Invitational by tying for third place with a four-over par 220 (71-73-76).

The Rockets finished six strokes behind firstplace Baylor and three strokes behind Arkansas- Little Rock.
