At this time last year, Barry Church and Stephen Williams were starring for the University of Toledo.

Yesterday, the undrafted free agents learned they had survived "cut day" in the NFL and made the 53-man roster on their respective teams.

Church is listed as the No. 2 strong safety on the depth chart for the Dallas Cowboys, while Williams is slated to be a backup to All-Pro wideout Larry Fitzgerald on the Arizona Cardinals.

Former Bowling Green State University standout Freddie Barnes wasn't so lucky. Barnes, who broke the NCAA single-season receptions record last season, was released by his hometown Chicago Bears.
