University of Toledo football coach Tim Beckman said Thursday that he has not been contacted by any other schools in regard to coaching vacancies and added he's focused on the Rockets as they prepare for a bowl game.

Beckman has been mentioned by several media outlets as a possible candidate for the opening at Illinois.

"I have not been contacted by anyone," Beckman said. "We're worried about bowl games, we're worried about bowl preparation, and I love Toledo."

Beckman declined to comment on whether or not he'd be interested if the right offer from another school came along.

"I'm worried about the Toledo Rockets," he said. "I'm worried about winning a bowl game. We did not get that accomplished last year. I'm worried about these seniors leaving this school successful."
