UT men accept tourney bid
3/11/2012The University of Toledo will host Southland Conference tournament runner up McNeese State at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the opening round of the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament.
The 32-team field was announced Sunday evening. UT (18-16) will be making its first postseason appearance since 2006-07. Tickets can be purchased for $10 or $14 beginning at 10 a.m. Monday at the ticket office inside of Savage Arena or by calling 419-530-4653. Students get in free and season ticket holders must pick up their tickets by 4 p.m. Monday.
McNeese State (17-15) advanced to the finals of the Southland Conference tournament before falling to Lamar, 70-49, on Saturday.
