UT bowl tickets on sale, charter trip available

Tickets for the 2012 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl go on sale at noon today at the University of Toledo athletic ticket office in Savage Arena. The Rockets are set play No. 18 Utah State in Boise, Idaho, on Saturday, Dec. 15. 

Tickets may purchased in-person at the UT ticket office, by phone at 419-530-4653 or online at utrockets.com. Tickets will be on sale at the university through Monday, Dec. 10. After that, game tickets can be purchased through the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Web site at famousidahopotatobowl.com or at the gate on game day.

Tickets for the game purchased through the Toledo ticket office are $50, however students may purchase up to two tickets at $18 per ticket. The student ticket price of $18 will not be available after Dec. 10 at noon.

The university  is also offering a charter trip called the Official Rocket Bowl Travel Package. Toledo alumni and fans may book the Official Rocket Bowl Package to fly charter on Thursday, Dec. 13 to Boise at the cost of $1,100 per person and return after the game on Saturday, Dec. 15.
