Rockets to host N.H. in 2014 football opener
8/21/2013The University of Toledo announced today it will host New Hampshire in the 2014 football season opener.
The Rockets and the Wildcats will square off Aug. 30, 2014, at the Glass Bowl.
New Hampshire, which last year posted its ninth straight winning season, plays in the Football Championship Subdivision, formerly known as Division I-AA.
The teams played most recently in the 2011 opener with UT prevailing 58-22 at the Glass Bowl.
This announcement completes UT's 2014 non-conference schedule. The Rockets host Missouri on Sept. 6, and travel to Cincinnati and Iowa State.
