UT men win big on the road with 75-61 victory over Akron

AKRON — A battle of projected Mid-American Conference division winners went to the University of Toledo.

The Rockets stomped Akron, 75-61, today at Rhodes Arena behind 25 points from Julius Brown and 20 from J.D. Weatherspoon.

Toledo led by double digits almost the entire second half, dominating all areas of the game.
