Rockets hire linebackers coach

The University of Toledo has hired Bluffton University head coach Tyson Veidt to be linebackers coach.

Veidt, who will serve as recruiting coordinator, compiled a 20-40 record in six seasons with the Beavers. He had a 15-15 mark over the last three years. In 2013, Bluffton was 4-6 overall and 4-4 in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Veidt replaces Stan Watson who left for a coaching position with the Cleveland Browns.
