Storm offering fans Valentine specials
2/12/2005Love will be in the air tonight at the Sports Arena when the Storm plays host to Johnstown in a 7:30 p.m. game on Ladies Night.
Women who buy a ticket at the box office will receive a free ticket for their date.
There will be an auction after the game for fans to buy the special Valentine's Day jerseys worn by the Storm.
There also will be a contest for a fan to win a date with one of three Storm players, choosing from Steve Slonina, Noah Whyte or Scooter Smith. An entry to win the date is $1 and the date will include limo transportation, flowers, dinner, bowling, jewelry and that player's jersey.
The grand prize will be a Valentine's package for two. It will include transportation, flowers, dinner, bowling, jewelry and an overnight stay at the Wyndham Hotel.
The Storm is currently in second place behind Wheeling in the ECHL North Division.
