The National Weather Service has issued flood warnings for the Blanchard, Maumee, Portage and Sandusky rivers.
Major flooding is forecast for the Maumee River at Grand Rapids.
River at 4 a.m. was 14.5 feet and rising.
River at 15.3 feet (estimated) this morning.
Flood stage is 15 feet.
River will crest between 19.5 and 20.5 feet Friday afternoon.
Moderate flooding is forecast for the Maumee River at Waterville.
At 3 a.m. the river was 11.3 feet and rising.
Flood stage is 9 feet.
The river will crest near 14.2 feet tomorrow evening.
Major flooding is forecast for the Blanchard River in Findlay.
River at 4 a.m. was 12.8 feet and rising.
Flood stage is 11 feet.
The river will crest around 14.5 feet Friday afternoon.
Moderate to major flooding is occurring on the Portage River at Woodville.
At 6 a.m. the river was 13.4 feet and rising.
Flood stage is 9 feet.
River will crest today about 14 feet.
The Sandusky River at Fremont is estimated at 8 feet and rising. The flood stage is 10 feet. The river will crest at 11.5 feet tonight.
Moderate flooding is forecast for the Sandusky River at Tiffin.
At 7 p.m. the river was 8.1 feet and rising.
Flood stage is 8 feet.
The river will crest at 9.6 feet Saturday.
The warnings remain in effect until 7 this evening.
