Winter weather advisory issued, flood warnings continue

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory which is in effect from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The National Weather Service flood warning continues for the Maumee River at Waterville. The warning is extended until this afternoon.

At 7a.m. the stage was 9.7 feet. Flood stage is 9 feet. The river will continue to fall and drop below flood stage this afternoon

• Today: Partly sunny. Highs around 15. West winds 10 to 15 mph. Wind chill values as low as 20 below this morning.

• Tonight: Cloudy. A chance of snow in the evening...then snow likely after midnight. Snow accumulation around an inch. Lows around 13. East winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 70 percent.

• Tuesday: Snow in the morning...then snow likely in the afternoon. Additional snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches. Highs in the lower 20s. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 80 percent.

• Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow in the evening. Lows around 15. North winds around 10 mph. Chance of snow 40 percent.

• Wednesday: Partly sunny. Highs in the mid 20s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
