Severe thunderstorm watch for southeastern Michigan, northwestern Ohio

The National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Okla. has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for southeastern Michigan and northwestern Ohio until 8 p.m.

Severe thunderstorms are defined as storms having winds of 58 mph or higher, and/or hail 3/4 of an inch in diameter or larger.
