Teacher of the Month: Lori Archer

Lori Archer has served Springfield High School students as student government adviser, track coach, basketball coach, and assistant athletic director for nearly 21 years. She epitomizes the term "in-service to others." She has a bachelor of science degree (1985) and a master of education degree (1997) from Bowling Green State University.

Ms. Archer is recipient of the academic achievement award in recognition of her teaching excellence. She has been nominated several times for teacher of the year awards.

"Lori is a gifted teacher who works tirelessly on behalf of students," said Principal Michael O'Shea. "Her uncompromising standard of excellence in the classroom has raised the bar for student performance, positively influencing countless students."
