  • You could say those who attended an event at the Sanger Branch Library on Sunday had time on their hands. The Maumee Valley chapter of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors hosted a timepiece clinic at the library on West Central Avenue in Toledo. From left, Art Sussman, chapter president Jim Waldron, watchmaker Norman Huss, and Bob Kleinfelter examine some of the clocks that were brought for inspection.

Studying the intricacies of a pocket watch are Paul Miller of Toledo, left, and Richard Schwamberger of Erie. The timepieces were examined for historical significance and value.
