Danielle Baker of Swanton was crowned the 4-H Horse Queen on July 12 by the Fulton County 4-H Program at the Ohio State Fair Horse Qualifying Show.
She received a crown, a sash, and horse-related gift items and will represent the 4-H Horse Program for events at this year's Junior Fair. To be selected, youths must pass a horse-knowledge test and complete an interview.
Danielle is a five year 4-H member and belongs to the Just For Pleasure and Just Raisin' Hare 4-H clubs. She is also a member of the 4-H Teen Board, Rabbit Breed ID team, and Council Oaks Rabbit Club.
