Taking an up-close look at a likeness of Ottawa Indian Chief Wauseon is Gloria Gunn, secretary of the Wauseon Public Library's board of trustees. The likeness is a bit unusual - it is composed of 80 wooden puzzle pieces. Each piece represents a graduating senior in Wauseon High School's class of 1958. Emery Kedocia from the Class of '57 painted a portrait of Chief Wauseon; it hangs in the Fulton County Historical Museum and is the face on the puzzle. Each '58 graduate signed the back of a puzzle piece.
Looking for their signatures are, from left, Sharon Kolb, Helen Smith, David Dishop, Rose Ann Rittenhouse, Sandy Matheny, and Gloria Forrest. The class also donated $4,000 to the library.
